What should I include in an enquiry?

Tell us the packaging type, estimated quantity, country and intended use. Dimensions, a reference image and artwork help us discuss the specification.

Can I discuss several products together?

Yes. Choose the main product in the enquiry form, then list the other products and their individual quantities in the project details.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity depends on the product, material, structure and printing. Share your requirements so the quantity and quotation can be confirmed for your project.

How are samples and production timing agreed?

Sample type, availability, costs and timing are discussed for the specification. Production and delivery dates are confirmed separately in the quotation and order agreement.

What artwork should I prepare?

Tell us whether you have a logo, print-ready artwork or a reference design. Discuss the required file format and dieline with Michael before sending confidential artwork.

How do I check food-contact or other requirements?

Tell us the food or drink, use conditions and destination market. Request documents that apply to the specific material and order; suitability is confirmed for the agreed specification.
